If any items are returned within 30 days of purchase, a refund is available. To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging, the product will be returned within 10 days after Nuonouwa agrees, and the product will not be returned beyond the time.We do not accept goods that are returned privately without consultation with us, (including visa refusal)
Refund
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for products that have been opened or used, nor do we provide online exchanges. Similarly, we do not accept returns or refunds of Cutshein purchased in-store.
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, special offers cannot be refunded.Gift cards do not support refunds.
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or lost refund
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to be officially issued.
Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before refunds.

[Customized product problem]
Customized products will not be refunded after the first 24 hours of ordering. This is a customized work according to your wishes, so we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. If you want to cancel the order, please send an email to cs@cuteshein.com within 24 hours after the purchase
Sometimes, the order cannot be processed or needs to be cancelled at Nuonouwa's sole discretion. I will notify you to approve or deny your refund request. Refunds will be charged a $15 processing/cancellation fee and transaction fees incurred.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. International taxes, duties, and other charges related to the order, as well as the value of the item, are the customer's responsibility. Please check local laws/fees related to receiving international parcels in your area.
The order will be shipped to the address in the file. For security reasons, I will not change my address once the bank card service is verified and approved for sale. If necessary, please visit your local USPS office to request address forwarding. If your order has not been shipped yet and you want to change the shipping address-you will need to: change the archive address, repurchase with the new address, and request cancellation. Cancellation is approved on a case-by-case basis, and can only be cancelled after re-ordering and obtaining bank approval using the new address. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that an accurate, up-to-date and safe delivery address is provided.
Returned/rejected packages (due to incorrect address information or tax arrears) will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense. I can only keep the package for 30 days and wait for re-shipment and payment, after which your order will be closed. The returned/rejected package is not eligible for refund. Please refer to the refund policy.
Warranty (only for customized products)
For items damaged by domestic orders, warranty is provided within 60 days from the date of shipment. After 60 days, a small maintenance fee will be charged. The warranty does not apply to goods sold. For warranty repairs or more information, please send an email to cs@cuteshein.com with your order number and supplementary photos. Unfortunately, if the goods are sold out, there is nothing we can do. As the item is worn and cannot be repaired or resold, it is not allowed to replace other items or store credit. If you need to return the goods, please contact our customer service cs@cuteshein.com to obtain the return address. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the delivery time for replacement products may vary.
If you are shipping more than $100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damage and problems
Please check your order when you receive it. If the product is defective, damaged or received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Lost package
If the package is lost in transit, Nuonouwa can re-customize new items for free and reschedule the delivery. Due to insufficient address/wrong address, or the package cannot be picked up in time, Nuonouwa will pay the product cost to re-customize the new item. Please make sure that the address, zip code and phone number are correct when ordering.
